Delete your Dalili account
Dalili is operated by Fekrapps. This page explains how to delete your Dalili account and what happens to your information when you do.
Option 1: from the app
- Open Dalili and sign in.
- Go to your Profile.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Your listings are hidden straight away.
Option 2: by email (no app needed)
If you no longer have the app, or no longer have access to your phone, send an email to privacy@dalili.app with:
- The subject Delete my account
- Your Dalili username
- The phone number you signed up with
Before we delete anything, we will check with you that the request is really yours, for example by contacting the phone number on the account. This stops anyone else from deleting your account without your permission.
Before you delete
- Withdraw any gifts you can withdraw first. Any coin balance left in the account is lost when the account is deleted, and coins cannot be recovered afterwards.
- Subscriptions end with the account. An active Premium or Premium+ subscription, including a lifetime one, is not refunded or transferred.
What is deleted
- Your account: phone number, username, password, and wilaya
- Your business listings and their photos (hidden immediately)
- Your notification settings and the device token used to send you notifications
Your account is permanently removed 30 days after you ask for deletion.
What is kept
- Reviews you wrote stay visible so that businesses keep their rating history, but they are no longer linked to you. They appear as written by a deleted user.
- Transaction records (purchases, gifts, withdrawals) are kept for as long as Algerian accounting and tax law requires.
- Identity verification documents are not kept in any case: they are deleted once your verification has been reviewed, whether or not you delete your account.
- Verification code records are deleted automatically after 7 days.
